David Beshear
President

Everything David has done, starting with earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Baylor University, has led him to this point. From cutting his teeth in Capitol politics in Austin, working on a number of successful political campaigns, directing regulatory communications for two state agencies and opening his own PR firm, David has accumulated a wealth of knowledge around the intersection of politics, policy and business. Since founding Beshear Group Communications in 2000, David has been growing his team to help clients create successful employee, customer, financial and public advocacy campaigns.

Consultant

This University of Texas at Austin graduate has spent 15+ years building a reputation for her work in corporate communications and public affairs. Stacey’s experience includes executive communications and messaging, internal communications campaigns, non-profit programming, digital and social media as well as event planning. Her expertise along with a keen personal interest have led Stacey to become closely involved in a number of initiatives and coalitions for children’s health in the Dallas area.

In his nearly 30 years’ experience as an art director and creative director, Scott has garnered a number of national industry awards for his work with clients including, Duke Energy, Pier 1 Imports, Memorex, BCBSNC, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Kimberly-Clark and UNC Chapel Hill, just to name a few. Scott thrives on solving unique communication challenges with strategic and ownable concepts and firmly believes the best solutions come from cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Anne Mauser
Designer + Art Director

Anne is an art director with a decade of experience creating for brands such as the Buffalo Bills, Lenovo, Deloitte, UNC Health Care and Burt’s Bees. Blending her background in both illustration and advertising, she works to tell complex stories though sharp, captivating visuals. This award-winning creative strongly believes in the relationship between strategy to design, and how the two inform one another. As a result, Anne works to find ways to create designs and concepts that elevate the conversation.

Copywriter + Content Strategist

Amy is a creative problem solver who believes successful strategic solutions come from collaboration. Throughout her career, Amy has built a reputation for being both analytical and creative, allowing her to dive deep into communications challenges to find insights that inform her strategy and inspire her award-winning executions. John Phipps
Producer & Editor

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, John began filming powerboat racing for ESPN at the age of 16 and started editing video in 1996. He served as the Senior Editor of a Dallas editorial firm for 10 years and today produces and edits National, Regional and a wide variety of non-broadcast video projects.

Max Warren
Director of Photography

Over 40 years of using a lens to bring communications to life. That’s what Max brings to the table. His media production experience began while studying communications at Texas Tech University. Then Max zeroed in on broadcast photojournalism and broadcast news while continuing his education at the University of Texas at Austin. From there, he joined American Airlines as a Senior Producer. Now Max continues honing his creative chops and pulling from his diverse background to help clients meet their objectives.

Whether it’s corporate pieces for Fortune 500 companies, commercials or episodic work, Kyle enjoys a variety of projects. So much so that he’s traveled five continents and dozens of countries to craft the right images to draw viewers in. Over his 25-year career behind the camera, Kyle has worked with the likes of Hewlett Packard, Schweppes, Lockheed Martin and AT&T, as well as networks including HGTV, CMT, A&E, DIY and PBS—which is no coincidence since Kyle lives by the motto, “Average is failure.”

Mark Menza
Composer

What do the Jimmy Neutron animated franchise and the Manassas Ballet Theater have in common? Composer Mark Menza has worked with both. From composing and sound design to sound supervision, audio production and post-production, Mark does it all. In his 20+ years in the business, Mark has written, arranged and produced music for all kinds of media including numerous films, documentaries, TV and radio—in addition to a 70+ minute full-orchestra work for the ballet ‘Colin.’
